Melisa Denis As The Board Connection’s founder and President Emeritus, Melisa serves as Partner-in-Charge of the International Executive Service Practice with KPMG LLP in Dallas. She also leads the Consumer and Industrial Markets for the firm in Dallas. Melisa was instrumental in leading the KNOW (“KPMG Network of Women”) initiative helping women achieve leadership positions at KPMG. She serves on the boards of several national non-profit organizations, the Women’s Advisory Board of KPMG, past Chairman of the board of Faith Christian School and recently joined the Board of Trustees for the UNT Foundation.

Tamara Bebb
A founding board member leading event programming for The Board Connection, Tamara currently serves as Chief Finance and Administration Officer for B.L. Restauraunt Operations, LLC. Past roles include the Chief Financial Officer for Higher Ed Holdings and North American Vice President Finance and Controller for Ericsson, Inc.  She has served on the board of the New England College of Business and Finance.
Paula Calise
Paula is Principal of Calise & Co, a Dallas executive search and employment services firm. Paula’s leadership roles have included Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Viscern, Director of a $390M energy portfolio at TXU Energy, and North Texas Branch Manager for IBM. A founding member of TBC, Paula has a passion for education, serving on a number of nonprofit boards. She is active with the University of North Texas Business School and Junior Achievement of Dallas.
Eliane Hall
Eliane is a Global Human Capital Executive and Strategic Business Transformation Partner with significant experience working for Fortune 100 companies. She held Vice President Human Resources positions at Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks, and PepsiCo Restaurants International. Eliane has served on the boards of United Way Agencies, the Denton County United Way Grant Approval Committee and the Governing Board of the Las Colinas Medical Center.
Alan Stein
Alan is the Career Relationship Services Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas.  He is a career management professional with extensive experience in staffing, recruiting, outplacement and coaching/counseling.  He founded and facilitates Career Continuum, a networking group for senior financial professionals in career transition.  Alan also founded the Women's Boardroom Initiative to help women secure board positions.  He is a former member of the board of The Family Place, and currently serves on the board of the Sammons Center for the Arts, is a Career Services Director for FEI, and a Director-In-Residence in the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.
